Get started with WH Connect

Connect WhatsApp to your CRM in under 2 minutes. Follow these steps to start sending unlimited messages.

Step 1

Create your WH Connect account

Sign up at whconnect.org and activate your subscription.

  • Go to whconnect.org/registrati and fill in your details
  • Choose your plan: Starter (1 device) or Unlimited
  • Your subscription starts immediately
Step 2

Install the app in your CRM

Add WH Connect from the marketplace to your CRM account.

  • Find WH Connect in the marketplace
  • Click "Install" and authorize the connection
  • The app will appear in your sidebar automatically

Connect WhatsApp via QR code

Scan a QR code with your phone to link your WhatsApp number. No API keys, no Meta Business Manager, no Twilio.

  • Go to the WH Connect dashboard and click "Add Device"
  • Open WhatsApp on your phone > Settings > Linked Devices
  • Scan the QR code displayed on screen
  • Your WhatsApp is now connected — it takes under 60 seconds

Send your first message

Messages sent from your CRM workflows will now be delivered via WhatsApp. Incoming replies sync back automatically.

  • Open any contact in your CRM
  • Select WhatsApp as the messaging channel
  • Send a message — it goes through your connected WhatsApp number
  • Replies from the contact appear in real-time in the CRM conversation

Set up automations

Trigger WhatsApp messages from workflows, pipelines, and campaigns — fully automated.

  • Create or edit a workflow in your CRM
  • Add a "Send WhatsApp" action step
  • Write your message template with merge fields
  • Activate the workflow — messages are sent automatically when triggered

  • Go to Sub-Accounts in your WH Connect dashboard
  • Click "Add Sub-Account" and enter the client details

Which WhatsApp number can I use?

Is my data secure?
